The experience started off very well with great customer service on the phone and a very prompt measure up in salon to provide a quote for our new mirrors at David Murry Salon.
The gentleman who came out was not only easy to understand while explaining a trade I knew nothing about but also pretty funny. Fast forward to the actual renovation week of the salon and Archer Glass worked easily around the time slots of other trades on site and kept in contact via phone as to arrival times. When the new panels of glass were installed there was a piece of glass that was not sitting completely flush due to the wall not being completely square.
There was a slight panic on our behalf as we were due to open the salon in 2 days time but Archer Glass sorted it quickly. True to their word they had a new panel of mirror installed and the job was completed under the watchful eye of owner Gerry Whelan.
